Angel Doll Contract

This Agreement is made for the benefit and protection of the buyer and seller.

The seller guarantees that the dog/puppy is in good health on the date you receive your puppy,

that it has received the following vaccinations: the vaccines with Vanguard Plus 5 for Distemper

 and Parvo, and the dog has been de wormed once a week until it's sold. This does not mean

 that a puppy is immune to these diseases. Therefore you, the buyer, are fully responsible to

 maintain your puppy's health through continued vaccinations according to your veterinarian's

 recommendations.

Puppies have a 5-day health guarantee from the date of purchase against diseases. (Parvo &

Distemper...ONLY). There is no guarantee against hypoglycemia, stressed related illness,

 ability to breed, or any other non-life threatening diseases, because Puppies often stress during

 moves to new homes, change of diet, or not eating enough, as well as excessive handling. We

recommend that you do not purchase toy breeds if you are not equipped to handle this

 challenge. Parvo/Distemper must be determined by a licensed vet of your choice. If your vet

 determines Parvo and Distemper (by all appropriate tests) records must be released to our vet

within 12 hours of diagnosis. If Parvo or Distemper is determined by both of our vets your

 puppy will be replaced when one of equal status is available and only then, will a refund be

 given. We will not and do not pay any vet bills. We only do replacements. If your puppy dies

 for an unknown reason other then Parvo or Distemper within 48 hours of purchase, you must

 have an autopsy performed at Diagnostic Laboratory, at your expense to determine cause of

 death. If that does not take place the dog/puppy will not be replaced. A $300 deposit is

 required to insure your puppy/dog is held for you, and everything must be paid in full before

 your puppy is shipped or received. The intent of this contract is to provide the buyer with a

 quality puppy. All puppies are guaranteed 2 year against life threatening genetic disorders such

as heart murmurs, liver shunts, or kidney failure. There are no guarantees other than those

 stated clearly above. By signing this contract you are agreeing to all of these terms. Including

having your puppy spayed or neutered by at least 6 months of age and sending confirmation

 from a licensed veterinarian immediately after or your contract will be void.
